Frequently Asked Questions

THE QUESTION:

What is a HEPA filter?

ANSWER

A HEPA filter is a filter capable of filtering at least 99.97%, by weight, of particles 0.3 microns or greater in diameter from air passed through the filter.

Ordinary vacuums will not trap such small particles and would most likely just spew them back up into the air creating a bigger danger.
