New York State will require property owners of residential dwellings with two or more units built prior to 1980 to join a rental registry program. In addition to joining this registry, property owners must undergo a certification process every three years to verify that their property is lead-free. This includes a yearly property inspection. Properties that do not pass inspection will continue to be reinspected until they are certified lead-free. Lead Connections can help you navigate all of this.

Each professional listed in our network goes through an application process, during which their EPA certification and professional credentials are thoroughly scrutinized and verified.
